We are so excited to celebrate with you the weekend of August 19-21. In addition to the wedding ceremony and reception on the 20th, we will have a few other events for those of you who can make it.
Friday, August 19
We will hold a welcome reception with heavy appetizers and drinks from 6 to 9 pm. It will take place outside in the courtyard of the Limelight Lodge, located at 355 South Monarch Street in downtown Aspen. You can easily walk here from anywhere in downtown Aspen. Stop by for the whole time or for any portion of the evening that works with your travel plans.
Saturday, August 20
Our wedding ceremony and reception will take place at 300 Conundrum Road, about six miles outside of Aspen. We will provide transportation from town and parking on-site will be extremely limited. As the date nears we will provide a list of the pick-up locations and times for the shuttle.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm and will be immediately followed by cocktails, dinner, and dancing. The shuttle will run throughout the evening to accommodate those of you who don't want to stay late into the night!
Our wedding ceremony will take place outside. The ground is somewhat uneven so we recommend saving your 4-inch heels for another occasion! The reception will take place inside a heated tent, but it tends to get quite cold once the sun goes down so we suggest bringing a sweater or light jacket.
Sunday, August 21
Please join us before you leave town for a post-wedding farewell brunch. Stop by the Gant Aspen (610 S. West End) between 9:30 and 11:30 am the morning after the wedding. Brunch will be outside.
